At New York Financial, we pride ourselves on being a unique blend of bookkeepers and social workers. Although these two fields may seem unrelated, they actually complement each other perfectly. While bookkeeping focuses on financial management and record-keeping, social work addresses the needs and well-being of individuals and communities.
Social workers play a vital role in society by advocating for fairness and equality. They work tirelessly to create positive change and ensure that everyone receives the support and resources they need to improve their quality of life. On the other hand, bookkeepers are essential for businesses and organizations as they contribute to their financial health and success. They provide accurate financial data that enables stakeholders to make informed decisions and understand the financial implications of their choices.
By combining these distinct skill sets, we are able to provide comprehensive support to our clients. While we may not be experts in social work, we understand the importance of interaction and guidance in our clients’ lives. Many of our clients are living at home or in assisted living, and although we cannot make decisions for them, we can offer valuable directions and assistance to help them navigate their financial journey.
